Role Description The Reliability Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and remote work from home. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring reliability frameworks and processes that ensure continuity and quality across programs supporting children with disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing operational data, identifying risks and recurring issues, and recommending improvements to workflows, tools, and reporting practices. The Reliability Manager will collaborate closely with program leads and partners to align reliability standards with organizational goals, document procedures, and support training for staff and volunteers. The person in this role will also track performance indicators, prepare concise reliability reports, and contribute to strategic planning that strengthens program resilience and impact.QualificationsExperience in reliability management, operations, or quality assurance, with the ability to design and maintain reliable processes and systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical improvements.Project coordination skills, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to disability inclusion, child rights, or social impact, ideally with experience in non-profit or community-based organizations.Comfort with digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration (e.g., productivity suites, online communication and project management tools).Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities in a mission-driven setting.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, social sciences, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
