Reliability Manager

Role Description The Reliability Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role is responsible for monitoring and improving the reliability of design and construction processes, tools, and project workflows. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing operational data, identifying recurring issues, and developing preventive measures and standards to reduce failures and rework. The Reliability Manager collaborates with design, project management, and construction teams to implement best practices, conduct risk assessments, and support quality assurance activities. The role also involves documenting reliability procedures, preparing performance reports, and recommending process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and project efficiency.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reliability engineering, quality assurance, or process improvement.Knowledge of design and construction workflows, preferably within interior design, architecture, or product design environments.Ability to develop and implement standards, procedures, and metrics to monitor performance and reliability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience using project management and documentation tools; familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; relevant certifications in reliability or quality management are a plus.Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize multiple initiatives.Prior experience in the Middle East design or construction sector is beneficial but not required.
