قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole: Reliability Specialist – Asset Reliability & Maintenance EngineeringLocation: United Arab Emirates About the RoleMy client is seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist to drive asset reliability, equipment performance, and maintenance optimization across industrial operations in the UAE. This role is ideal for a reliability engineering professional with expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), and advanced statistical reliability methodologies.The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving plant availability, reducing unplanned downtime, optimizing maintenance strategies, and maximizing asset lifecycle performance within a complex operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Reliability & Maintenance ExcellenceLead and facilitate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and workshops to optimize maintenance programs.Develop risk-based maintenance strategies aligned with asset criticality and operational requirements.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures and recurring reliability issues.Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA) to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Develop Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) and reliability models for critical assets and systems.Data Analytics & Reliability ImprovementAnalyze maintenance and failure data to identify trends, recurring issues, and performance improvement opportunities.Apply Weibull Analysis to evaluate equipment life expectancy and failure characteristics.Utilize advanced reliability methodologies including Monte Carlo Simulation and Markov Analysis.Monitor asset performance KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance uptime and reduce lifecycle costs.Predictive Maintenance & TechnologyDevelop monitoring, testing, and condition-based maintenance programs.Evaluate emerging technologies and predictive maintenance solutions to improve asset performance.Support digital reliability initiatives and maintenance optimization projects.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, and Supply Chain teams.Facilitate reliability workshops, technical reviews, and continuous improvement programs.Provide technical recommendations to management on reliability improvements and asset strategies.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related discipline.Experience5–10 years of experience in:Reliability EngineeringMaintenance EngineeringAsset ManagementEquipment ReliabilityIndustrial MaintenanceExperience within one or more of the following industries:Oil & GasPetrochemicalUtilitiesPower GenerationManufacturingIndustrial ServicesGCC/UAE experience strongly preferred.Software ExperienceReliaSoftWeibull++ProActSAP PMIBM MaximoCMMS/EAM SystemsPreferred CertificationsCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE)Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)Reliability Engineering CertificationSix Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
