Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)Contract: 6-12 MonthsExperience: 4–5 YearsNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob SummaryWe are looking for a Remittance Growth & Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives focused on expanding remittance volumes, enhancing digital remittance capabilities, managing key partner relationships, and delivering high-impact business programs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in remittance, payments, cross-border transfers, fintech, or banking, along with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesRemittance Business GrowthDrive initiatives to increase remittance transaction volumes and customer adoption.Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.Monitor business performance and recommend strategies to improve growth.Support enhancement of existing remittance products and services.Program & Project ManagementManage end-to-end execution of strategic remittance projects.Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, and governance documentation.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.Partner & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Money Transfer Operators (MTOs), aggregators, correspondent banks, fintech partners, and internal stakeholders.Support partner onboarding, implementation, and relationship management.Assist in identifying and executing new partnership opportunities.Digital RemittanceDrive adoption of digital remittance channels and services.Improve customer experience across digital remittance journeys.Support the launch of new remittance corridors, partnerships, and value-added services.Market & Business InsightsMonitor Saudi and global remittance market trends.Analyze competitor activities and customer needs.Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth.Required Skills & Experience4–5 years of experience in Remittance, Payments, Cross-Border Transfers, Banking, or FinTech.Strong experience managing strategic initiatives or business transformation projects.Good understanding of remittance ecosystems, MTOs, aggregators, and digital remittance platforms.Excellent project/program management and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Saudi Arabian remittance market.Background working with Banks, Exchange Houses, FinTechs, or Money Transfer Operators (MTOs).Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.How to ApplyIf you have the required experience and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to simmi@hiresquad.in.Immediate Joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
