The teacher will conduct interactive English classes for learners of various levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, and practical communication skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering structured lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to individual learning needs. The role involves using online teaching platforms and digital resources, maintaining clear communication with students and, when applicable, caregivers, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The teacher is expected to collaborate with the school team on curriculum improvements and participate in ongoing professional development.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing diverse learners.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills and a solid foundation in Education to design structured, goal-oriented lessons.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and online interaction.Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or a degree in English, Education, or a related field is highly beneficial.Experience with online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms, along with good time management and organizational skills, is preferred.Ability to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive learning environment and support learners of different ages and proficiency levels.
