Job Overview:Point One News is seeking a passionate and fast-moving Esports & Gaming News Content Creator to lead our daily coverage of competitive gaming, tournament updates, and industry releases.In this role, you will track real-time breaking news across the gaming and esports landscape and write engaging, high-converting Arabic descriptions and captions. You will utilize our pre-designed templates, so your primary focus will be researching the latest stories, crafting catchy Arabic titles and attention-grabbing hooks, and publishing accurate content to keep our audience informed and engaged.Key Responsibilities:Track & Follow Up: Monitor live esports tournaments, gaming news outlets, social channels, and major community updates (e.g., Esports World Cup, League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike, Mobile Gaming, major studio releases).Content Writing & Localization: Write sharp, engaging news descriptions, short-form posts, and captions in fluent Arabic and good English; Ai allowed with a limitation :') Craft Strong Hooks: Formulate click-worthy titles, headlines, and opening hooks tailored to Middle Eastern and North African gaming audiences.Publishing: Post content on designated social media platforms according to our daily posting schedules and breaking news workflows. It can be your 2nd Job :') We don't mind.Accuracy & Fact-Checking: Ensure all team scores, tournament standings, player transfers, and release dates are 100% verified before publication.Qualifications:Esports & Gaming Knowledge: Deep understanding of popular competitive games, major esports leagues, popular teams, and gaming culture.Arabic Writing Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Arabic with excellent grammar, creative copywriting ability, and a strong sense for online gaming terminology and viral hooks. AKA Gamer :')Self-Motivated & Fast: Ability to work remotely, track breaking news as it happens, and turn around posts quickly.
