Design, build, test, deploy, and support Epic Bridges interfaces, focusing on pharmacy workflows. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HL7 v2.x interfaces using Cloverleaf or similar integration engines. Translate clinical and business requirements into HL7 mappings and documentation. Support live production environments, including 24x7 on-call troubleshooting and resolution of interface failures. Configure and modify Epic-side builds to enable or update interfaces, including vendor integration and upgrades. Create and support interfaces across ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, MDM, DFT, RDE, RDS, RAS, NCPDP, MFN and X12/EDI message types. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare IT standards. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and documentation. Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, including Nova Notes review and regression testing. Optionally support FHIR/API-based integrations, secure file transfer protocols, and cloud/HIE integration patterns. Maintain certifications as required (Epic Bridges required, Epic Data Courier a plus). Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in a remote work environment.
