The work environment values adaptability, problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.Role Description The Remote Instructor will deliver instructor-led training programs on-site at Global Village, focusing on technology, business systems, and operational best practices aligned with Ketkinz Group Inc’s service areas. This role includes planning and preparing course materials, creating clear lesson plans, and adapting content to different learner levels. The Instructor will conduct in-person sessions, lead discussions, demonstrate tools and platforms, and provide hands-on guidance to participants. Daily responsibilities also include assessing learner progress, offering constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula based on client needs and emerging industry trends. This is a full-time on-site role based at Global Village.Qualifications Strong instructional design and teaching skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom facilitation.Ability to explain technical and business concepts clearly, with skills in presentation, communication, and audience engagement.Experience with technology training, such as basic IT concepts, cloud services, digital tools, or operational systems used in consulting environments.Competence in assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Information Technology, Business, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, or facilitator in corporate, academic, or professional development settings.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple courses, schedules, and learner groups.Comfort working on-site at Global Village and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment.Certification in training, education, or a relevant technical domain is beneficial (e.g., teaching credentials, IT or cloud certifications).Experience in consulting or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
