We hire people who want to do the best work of their careers in a small, ambitious team.Moritz has raised a $9M seed round from Y Combinator, 20VC, and 20+ unicorn founders — including the founders of Dropbox, Gusto, and Instacart.The RoleServe as co-counsel for Moritz's venture and investment work in Saudi Arabia: seed and growth equity rounds, SAFEs and convertible instruments, term sheets, shareholder agreements, and secondaries.Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of investment documentation for founders, startups, angels, and funds — on both the company side and the investor side.Run legal due diligence, manage closing processes and conditions precedent, and coordinate signing and completion.Advise on cap table structuring, employee option plans (ESOPs), governance and board matters, and investor rights.If you accept work with a known SLA (ex: 24hr turnaround), you must commit to meeting that SLA.What You'll Bring5+ years practising venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance law in private practice or in-house.Deep familiarity with investment documentation — term sheets, subscription and shareholders' agreements, SAFEs and convertible notes, and articles / constitutional documents.Both-sides experience. You've acted for companies and for investors, and you know where each side's real risk sits.Fluency in startup economics. Liquidation preferences, anti-dilution, vesting, option pools — and how they interact across rounds.Speed with precision. Venture deals move fast; your documents still close cleanly.Qualifications. Active license and in good standing with the bar / law society of Saudi Arabia.
