As a result, we now support customers for some of the UK's biggest household brands, and are helping thousands of customers every month get the right advice.Role DescriptionThis is a self-employed, remote role for a Mortgage Advisor to come and lead our PT function. We have the opportunity to help over 20 new customers a day change their mortgage through a streamlined, simple, same-day, and frictionless process. This is a role for someone who wants to help a high volume of customers, perhaps without getting bogged down in the additional admin or processes involved in remortgages or purchases, as these are referred to other advisors in the team.The right advisor will be motivated, ready to help loads of customers, friendly, caring, and a very organised individual.Unlike our other advisor roles, your experience can be in vanilla and straightforward cases, or complex - we don't mind. This role is about helping people switch to better deals at scale. As a result, we are more willing to consider candidates with less experience than our other mortgage advisor roles (for which we want multiple years of experience with complex clients).QualificationsA qualified mortgage advisorAt least 12 months advising as a whole of market advisor, including processing PTsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsParticularly strong, clear, and professional phone mannerAbility to build rapport with customers naturallyHappy to work independently and adapt effectively in a remote environment
