Remote Supervising Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)100% Remote | Monday–Friday Schedule | Multi-State Licensure RequiredWe are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a growing virtual care team in a fully remote capacity. This unique opportunity combines direct patient care with physician leadership responsibilities, including supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.The ideal candidate is passionate about telehealth, quality care, population health, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team.Position Highlights100% Remote / Work-from-HomeFlexible schedule options:5 x 8-hour shifts4 x 10-hour shiftsWorking hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–FridayEquipment providedGrowth-oriented organizationOpportunity to supervise and mentor Advanced Practice ProvidersSupportive clinical and operational leadershipResponsibilitiesProvide virtual patient care through phone, video, and secure messaging platformsConduct patient assessments, evaluations, and medical decision-makingSupervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in accordance with state regulationsCollaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff across service linesSupport quality and population health initiativesEnsure accurate documentation and coding practicesApply HCC coding and risk adjustment principles appropriatelySupport HEDIS-related quality measures and performance initiativesMaintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policiesParticipate in clinical collaboration and quality improvement activitiesRequired QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineActive unrestricted medical licenses in Tennessee and GeorgiaActive unrestricted licenses in at least two of the following states:MissouriMississippiAlabamaFloridaTexasWillingness to obtain additional state licenses with organizational supportMinimum 3 years of outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine experienceStrong understanding of HCC coding and risk adjustment methodologiesFamiliarity with HEDIS measures and quality performance standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications2+ years of telemedicine experienceExperience supervising Nurse Practitioners and Physician AssistantsIMLCC Compact License or eligibilitySpanish-speaking physicians strongly encouraged to applyExperience in value-based care or population health programsEligible Residence StatesCandidates must currently reside in one of the following states:Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
