Removals Sales Consultant

Our client, a leading moving and relocations company in Singapore, is looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven Removals Sales Consultant to join their Singapore team.This is a closing-focused role. Qualified opportunities are generated through Group marketing, business development and referral channels — your job is to convert them into profitable, confirmed moving business. Success comes down to your ability to walk into a client's home, quickly establish trust, understand what matters to them, and confidently demonstrate the value of the service to win the business.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct professional pre-move surveys in clients' homes, understanding their requirements, concerns and expectationsBuild strong rapport and establish confidence in the company's service and expertiseProvide professional advice and recommend appropriate moving, packing, storage, insurance and related servicesManage qualified opportunities from initial survey through proposal, follow-up, negotiation and closeProactively follow up opportunities and overcome objections to maximise conversionAchieve agreed revenue, gross margin and conversion targetsMaintain strong pricing discipline while maximising profitable revenue from each opportunityIdentify opportunities for additional services and revenueMaintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM recordsEnsure a professional and comprehensive handover of confirmed business to Move Coordination and OperationsWork closely with Marketing and Group Business Development to feed back on lead quality and client requirementsAbout YouMoving industry experience in surveying and customer-facing sales is essential.
