Renewable Energy Analyst (Graduate)Location: Cork (hybrid)Salary: €45,000 - €55,000, depending on experienceType: Full-time, permanentAbout usWe are a clean energy company that develops, builds, owns and operates renewable projects across the island of Ireland, with a portfolio spanning onshore wind, solar and battery energy storage (BESS). From our Cork office, our team supports projects across Munster and the wider island, in one of Europe's most exciting renewable energy markets. We are looking for a graduate analyst to help power that growth.What you will doYou will work at the analytical heart of the business, supporting decisions across development, finance and operations. Expect variety, real responsibility and plenty of learning. Your work will include:Building and maintaining models for project economics, energy production and market analysisConducting research on markets, policy, technologies and competitors to support strategic decisionsSupporting due diligence on new projects and acquisitions, working with data from every corner of the businessAnalysing performance data from our operating fleet and reporting on trends and improvementsPreparing clear reports, dashboards and presentations for project teams and senior leadershipSupporting the development team with data for grid applications, planning and site selectionImproving the spreadsheets, tools and datasets the whole company relies onWhat we are looking forA degree (2.1 or above) in finance, economics, engineering, environmental science, data analytics or a related fieldA genuine interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transitionStrong analytical skills and real comfort in Excel; experience with Python, SQL or data visualisation tools is an advantageAttention to detail and the discipline to get the numbers rightClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn analysis into insightInitiative and curiosity: you take ownership, ask good questions and learn quicklyThe right to work in IrelandInternship or project experience in energy, finance or data analysis is an advantage but not essential.
