Renewal Executive (Business Setup )

Job SummaryThe Renewal Executive is responsible for managing and processing renewals of business licenses, visas, establishment cards, and other government-related documents for clients. The role involves ensuring timely renewals, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the renewal process.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage client renewal schedules.Contact clients before renewal due dates and explain the renewal process.Collect required documents and information from clients.Coordinate with relevant government authorities and free zones for license and visa renewals.Prepare and submit renewal applications accurately and on time.Follow up on application status and keep clients informed of progress.Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, PRO, Finance, and Operations) to ensure smooth processing.Generate renewal quotations and invoices in coordination with the Finance team.Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements.Resolve client queries related to renewals and provide timely support.Prepare renewal reports and track monthly renewal targets.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent.1–3 years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or document processing in the UAE.Good knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and immigration renewal procedures.Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to handle multiple renewals while meeting deadlines.Preferred SkillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving and follow-up skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a customer-focused approach.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time renewal completion rate.Client satisfaction and retention.Renewal conversion rate.Accuracy of documentation.Compliance with regulatory requirements.Achievement of monthly renewal targets.Work Location: In person
