XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is NOW HIRING for Repair Technicians!Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140Pay Rate: $26.94–$34.99 per hour (DOE)BD: 14650ScheduleMonday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:45 PMFriday: 6:00 AM–2:45 PMSaturday OT: 5:00 AM–1:45 PM, as neededPosition OverviewWe are looking for experienced Repair Technicians to repair, rebuild, assemble, inspect, and test oilfield equipment.Candidates should have strong mechanical, hydraulic, manufacturing, assembly, and troubleshooting experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and rebuild oilfield equipment.Assemble and disassemble equipment and components.Perform pre-testing and assist with final testing.Inspect parts for wear, damage, and needed repairs.Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues.Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Complete inspection records and required documentation.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow all safety policies and procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned.Level 2 Requirements2+ years of heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience.2+ years of hydraulic experience.Ability to repair, rebuild, and inspect equipment with minimal supervision.Ability to independently disassemble, inspect, and pre-test equipment.Strong troubleshooting skills.RequirementsStrong mechanical aptitude.Manufacturing and assembly experience.Hydraulic systems experience.Electronics knowledge preferred.Heavy equipment experience preferred.Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, sit, stoop, and bend throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility.Good written and verbal communication skills.High School Diploma or GED preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Company Hiring Requirements:E-VerifyDrug Test7-year background checkBenefits:HealthDentalVision401KIf you are interested in this position, please bring two unexpired forms of ID to apply!305 S.
