Replenishment Associate

About the role: The Replenishment Associate ensures that products are consistently stocked on shelves or designated storage locations in the warehouse or retail environment. The role supports inventory availability by executing timely stock movements from storage to picking or display areas, maintaining accurate labeling, and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Execute timely replenishment of stock from reserve to picking or sales floor locationsEnsure accuracy of items replenished according to SKU, barcode, and bin locationMaintain stock availability by adhering to set minimum thresholdsFollow FIFO/FEFO principles when replenishing stockCoordinate with inventory control and warehouse supervisors for priority itemsScan and update stock movements using handheld devices or warehouse systemsIdentify and report stock shortages or overages to supervisorsEnsure work areas are clean, organized, and safeAssist in regular stock counts or audits when requiredFollow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresEducational requirements:High School DiplomaExperience1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail replenishment role
