Report Developer

Role OverviewThe Report Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying reports for a stock trading system. This role involves working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in report development for financial or trading systems.Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, data transformation, and ETL concepts.Hands-on experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).Familiarity with stock trading workflows and financial data structures.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during UAT and production deployment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-HaveExperience in credit pool model projects or time-based service engagements.Knowledge of Banks technical environment and compliance standards. 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT support.Strong communication and writing skills.Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organized with a strong focus on following prescribed processes and procedures. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in IT development, preferably in banking or financial services with minimal 3 years of report development experience.Lead to have experience in leading a team of minimum 6 members.
