Report / Power BI Developer (SQL)

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Report / Power BI Developer with strong SQL expertise to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsWrite and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored proceduresPerform data modeling and DAX calculations in Power BIEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirementsHandle ad-hoc reporting and analytical requestsDocument report logic, data sources, and metrics

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in BI / Reporting / Analytics developmentStrong hands-on experience with Power BIAdvanced proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Subqueries, Performance Tuning)Experience working with large datasets and relational databasesGood understanding of ETL and data warehousing conceptsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Required Skills

Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL / AWS RDSExposure to SSRS, SSIS, or other BI toolsExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Skills:Keywords: Power BI Developer, SQL Developer, BI Developer, Reporting Analyst, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Business Intelligence, Dashboard Developer.
