Reporter

Role Description The Reporter role at AccuTree is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The Reporter will research, gather, and verify information from multiple sources to create accurate and engaging news and feature stories related to AccuTree’s services, HR trends, and leadership development topics. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, attending relevant events, preparing written reports, and producing multimedia content for digital and print channels. The Reporter will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of messaging, adhere to editorial guidelines, and meet publication deadlines. The role also involves monitoring industry developments and suggesting story ideas that align with AccuTree’s brand and audience interests.QualificationsStrong reporting skills, including information gathering, verification, and story development.Excellent communication and writing abilities, with clear, concise, and audience-focused style.Proficiency in news writing, including structuring articles, headlines, and leads for various formats.Familiarity with multimedia content creation (e.g., audio, video, and digital storytelling tools).Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.Experience working in news, media, or corporate communications environments is preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.Awareness of HR, leadership, and workplace trends is an advantage, along with ethical reporting standards.
