Reporting Analyst

Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our Logistics and Exploration Operations team in Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will support camp and field operations by developing structured operational reports, consolidating data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and creating management dashboards. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights across accommodation, logistics, fleet, inventory, catering, transportation, and support services to enable effective planning and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc MIS reports covering camp operations, logistics, fleet, inventory, catering, transportation, and support services.Collect, validate, and consolidate operational data from multiple sources, including field teams, ERP systems, Excel trackers, and operational databases.Analyze operational trends, identify variances, and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.Coordinate with logistics, fleet, inventory, camp management, catering, and housekeeping teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Maintain standardized reporting templates, data repositories, version control, and audit-ready documentation.Support reporting automation, process improvements, and enhancements to data quality and reporting efficiency.Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and presented in a clear, executive-ready format.Provide analytical support for operational reviews and performance monitoring initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and management information systems.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, or reporting tools are an advantage.Minimum 7–9 years of experience in MIS reporting, operational reporting, data analytics, financial reporting, or management reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables, dashboards, and reporting automation.Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.Strong analytical, data validation, and data consolidation skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear management insights.Experience supporting logistics, camp operations, facilities management, inventory, fleet, or industrial operations is highly desirable.Familiarity with ERP systems, audit support, and performance reporting frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
