Our selection process is no exception – a single interview followed by feedback within the next calendar week.Please read carefully below, because we truly mean what we say.Who we’re looking forAs our team grows quickly, we need a self-driven Reporting and Back-office Assistant to join us in our office in Sofia. You will support our operational processes end to end — keeping the workflow seamless, spotting areas for improvement, and putting solutions in place that make teams across the company more efficient and productive.This role is for someone who would rather work with modern AI tools than do everything by hand. A large part of your day will go into using LLMs and AI agents to pull together project status, delivery timelines, blocked tasks, and other operational signals — and into turning that raw input into clear, reliable reports for the people who need them.Key responsibilitiesCollect and maintain accurate operational data: project status, delivery timelines, milestones, and tasks that are in progress or stuck.Use LLMs and AI agents to gather that information from the tools and sources we already work with, and to keep our records current without endless manual chasing.Prepare and update recurring reports, analyse the metrics behind them, and turn the findings into insights that support our strategies and objectives.Build dashboards and visualisations that communicate delivery performance, trends, and risks clearly to the team and to leadership.Support time and expense tracking so that billing and forecasting stay accurate.Collaborate with our sales, finance, and delivery teams to streamline processes and remove friction.Help shape and roll out the internal policies and procedures that keep us organised as we scale.Keep pushing how we use AI in reporting: test new tools, prompts, and workflows, and share what works with the rest of the team.RequirementsCurrently studying or a recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Data, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a keen ability to learn and master new software tools.Basic knowledge of data visualisation techniques and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly motivated, with a willingness to take the initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in operations and data analysis is a must.Bonus: previous experience using LLMs and AI agents to collect data and produce reports.What you can expect from us:Top talented and inspiring colleagues.
