Reporting Specialist- Saudi National

We’re Hiring | Reporting Specialist – Riyadh 🇸🇦We are looking for an experienced Reporting Specialist to join a major programme in Riyadh.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Reporting, PMO, Project Controls, or Performance Reporting, with the ability to consolidate complex project data and translate it into clear, accurate, and insightful reports for management and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project and programme reports
• Develop executive dashboards, management reports, KPI reports, and performance packs
• Collect, consolidate, and validate inputs across multiple project functions
• Analyse project performance, trends, variances, risks, and key issues
• Support reporting across schedule, cost, risk, change, and overall project progress
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reporting deliverables
• Coordinate closely with PMO, Project Controls, Planning, Commercial, Risk, and project teams
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Reporting, PMO, Project Controls, Performance Reporting, or a related discipline
• Experience within major projects, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or programme management is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI, PMIS, SharePoint, Primavera P6, or similar systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, data validation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
