🗂 We’re Hiring: Requirements Gathering Specialist🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and stakeholder-focused Requirements Gathering Specialist to identify, document, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure solutions accurately address business objectives and user needs.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, surveys, and discovery sessions to identify business needs.• Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, objectives, and desired outcomes.• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.• Analyze existing systems, processes, workflows, and business rules to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions across technical and non-technical teams.• Prioritize requirements based on business value, urgency, feasibility, dependencies, and project objectives.• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, UX Designers, and Project Managers.• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, data flows, wireframes, and other documentation to clarify requirements.• Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment before development or implementation begins.• Manage requirement changes, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and scope throughout the project lifecycle.• Support solution design by providing detailed business and user requirements to technical teams.• Develop and maintain traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and final deliverables.• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.• Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, gaps, and conflicts within requirements and facilitate resolution.• Maintain organized requirements repositories, documentation, version control, and project records.• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation, system enhancement, and operational efficiency.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, product analysis, systems analysis, project management, or a related role.• Strong experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements analysis.• Excellent understanding of business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, business process modeling, and documentation.• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is an advantage.• Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integration, APIs, databases, and technology solutions is preferred.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and project priorities.• Ability to identify scope gaps, dependencies, risks, and conflicting stakeholder expectations.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to work on business transformation, technology, and process improvement initiatives.• Exposure to business analysis, product development, system implementation, digital transformation, and stakeholder strategy.• Opportunity to collaborate directly with business leaders, product teams, developers, and project managers.• Career progression into Senior Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or Requirements Manager roles.• A collaborative, analytical, and technology-driven work environment.• Professional training, certifications, mentorship, and career development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
