Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole PurposeThe Requirements Lead Consultant - Airports leads requirements elicitation, analysis and specification for one or more airport domains, working closely with business, operational and technical stakeholders.The role brings deep analysis expertise and domain insight to produce high-quality, traceable requirements that drive design, build and test, while guiding more junior analysts.Key ResponsibilitiesElicitation & AnalysisLead workshops and stakeholder engagement to elicit business, functional and non-functional requirements.Analyse, structure and specify requirements to a high standard of clarity and testability.Model processes, data and use cases to support understanding and design.Traceability & QualityMaintain requirements traceability to design and test within the requirements toolset.Support change control and impact assessment for assigned domains.Assure requirements quality and support acceptance criteria.Guidance & DeliveryGuide and review the work of business/requirements analysts.Liaise with architects and delivery teams to resolve requirements queries.Skills & ExperienceEssentialRequirements/BA expertise: Strong hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and specification on complex programmes.Facilitation: Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills.Modelling & traceability: Skilled in process/data modelling and requirements traceability.Tooling: Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, Jama, Azure DevOps).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.DesirableKnowledge of airport or aviation systems and operations.Analysis certification (BCS/IIBA) and/or agile experience.Experience in regulated/critical-infrastructure environments.Exposure to MSI delivery models.QualificationsDegree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience).Business analysis / requirements certification desirable (BCS, IIBA).Key CompetenciesAnalytical rigour - facilitation - attention to detail - clarity in specification - collaboration - problem-solving - quality focus.
