Company Description Impact Zero is a growing organization focus on Read Saftey.Role Description The Research Aide will support research projects by assisting with data collection, data entry, and basic analysis under the guidance of senior staff. Daily tasks include conducting literature searches, organizing research materials, preparing summaries and reports, and maintaining accurate records of experiments or studies. The role involves working with laboratory equipment or research tools as required, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Research Aide will collaborate with team members to communicate findings clearly, help prepare presentations, and contribute to project documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, requiring consistent presence at the workplace and active participation in team activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to support data collection, interpretation, and problem-solving.Candidates should possess solid Data Analysis skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets or statistical tools for organizing and reviewing information.Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills where relevant, including careful handling of equipment, samples, and adherence to safety protocols.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and prepare reports or summaries.Relevant academic background in science, social science, or a related field; prior experience in research support or internships is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.Comfort working on-site in Accra, with reliability, professionalism, and respect for diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
