We are dedicated to transparency and integrity, fostering an open communication system that equips our clients with a clear understanding of industry risks and processes.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IB & Consulting team as a Research & Consulting Intern. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about corporate finance and the fundraising process and will allow you to gain hands-on experience in the investment banking domain. Key ResponsibilitiesI. Research & Strategy:Map licensing, compliance, and tax frameworks across target geographies; create concise regulatory roadmaps and risk registers.Size markets, segment customers, benchmark competitors, and identify whitespace opportunities; translate findings into go-to-market (GTM) recommendations.Conduct audience research, develop value-proposition statements, and advise on naming, messaging hierarchy, and brand architecture.II. Implementation & Execution:Draft company charters, HR handbooks, data-privacy policies, and SOPs that meet local regulations and global best practices.Source and negotiate with marketing agencies, tech partners (CRM, ERP), and other third-party vendors; coordinate timelines and quality checks through launch.Oversee activation of digital campaigns, website/app builds, and martech integrations; track deliverables and troubleshoot issues in real time.III. Financial Consulting & Performance Management:Build zero-based budgets, rolling forecasts, and sensitivity models for internal monitoring and reporting.Define and monitor commercial and operational industry metrics; produce performance dashboards with variance analysis.Capital Allocation Advisory: Evaluate funding options, craft investor materials, and support negotiations for debt/equity financing.Qualifications
- Education: Final-year student pursuing graduation or a recent graduate (less than 1 year of work experience).
- Background in Finance, Economics, Commerce or related fields preferred.
- Skills Required: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and who can sit on desk for long hours.
