Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the technical strategy, architecture construction and iterative upgrade of self-developed CFD trading platforms, and build a high-availability, high-concurrency and low-latency trading technology system.2. Lead core R&D work including LP liquidity integration, order routing, trading risk control and slippage optimization, and undertake the transformation and technical breakthrough of MT4/MT5 gateway and bridge system.3. Fully responsible for R&D team management, talent training and process system construction, and coordinate project delivery, resource allocation and quality risk control.4. Lead system performance optimization, architecture governance, fault troubleshooting and security system construction, cooperate with business teams to meet product and regulatory iteration requirements.5. Manage R&D department processes, performance and cost control to continuously improve team R&D efficiency and delivery quality.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors, 10+ years of financial back-end R&D experience, 3+ years of technical team management experience. Candidates with self-developed CFD trading platform implementation experience are preferred.2. Proficient in MT4/MT5 underlying principles, gateway and bridge architecture; familiar with CFD trading, liquidity integration and risk control system, with experience in building trading platforms from scratch.3. Skilled in C# / C++ / Go, proficient in distributed high-concurrency architecture, and experienced in performance tuning and security governance of financial trading systems.4. Possess excellent technical planning and problem-solving capabilities, with global and business thinking, proficient in team management and cross-departmental collaboration, and able to work under high pressure.岗位职责1、统筹自研CFD交易平台技术战略、架构搭建与迭代升级，搭建高可用、高并发、低延迟的交易技术体系。2、主导LP流动性对接、订单路由、撮合风控、滑点优化等核心研发，负责交易网关、桥接系统的改造与技术攻坚。3、全面负责研发团队管理、人才搭建、流程体系建设，统筹项目交付、资源调配与质量风险管控。4、牵头系统性能优化、架构治理、故障与安全体系建设，对接业务落地产品需求，贴合监管要求持续迭代。5、负责研发部门流程及团队管理，持续提升团队研发效能与交付质量。岗位要求1、计算机相关专业本科及以上，10年以上金融后端研发经验，3年以上技术团队管理经验，有自研CFD交易平台落地经验优先。2、精通MT4/MT5底层、网关与桥接架构，熟悉CFD交易、流动性对接及风控体系，具备交易平台从零到一搭建经验。3、精通C#/C++/Go任一语言，熟练掌握分布式高并发架构，擅长金融交易系统性能调优与安全治理。4、具备优秀的技术规划、决策攻关能力，拥有全局思维、商业思维，擅长团队管理与跨部门协同，抗压能力强。
