As we want to continue growing, we hope to find, as soon as possible, for the following position in our subsidiary in Singapore:Research & Development Engineer, Electronics Role Purpose:Design and Develop photoelectric sensorsSupport production with ongoing issuesMaintenance of existing productsMajor Accountabilities:Conceptual electronic design, support mechanical engineer with mechanical conceptual design and creation of circuit diagramSupports conceptual optical system design and creation of Bill of Materials (BOM)Bread boarding and prototyping to verify design; support of Layout designEMC testing and implementing of countermeasuresCreation of project plan and timely execution, creation of product costingProject leading from the initial request until product is transferred to production and released for series productionCreation of necessary production documentationClose collaboration with the Production and QA colleagues to support the creation of the assembly concept, manufacturing concept and quality conceptTransfer of product to production, support of evaluation and pilot run. Must be able to communicate with relevant departments.Supports / Execution of release measurementsSupport of production during mass productionRole Requirements:Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Photonics, Mechatronics or equivalent with R&D experienceAt least 2 years of experience in related field / industryAdvanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit designGood knowledge of programming (assembler and C)Knowledge of signal processing, IO-Link, simulation software (e.g. P-Spice), layout software (OrCAD) and Optical design is an advantageRecommend course of action after gathering relevant information, analyzing data, generating ideas and evaluating alternatives.Have we piqued your interest?Then we would like to meet you.
