Team members work in a data-informed environment where media performance and audience reach are central to success.Role Description The Research & Performance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. The analyst will monitor, measure, and report on the performance of media campaigns across Gulf publications and AI platforms, using quantitative and qualitative methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data, conducting performance analysis, preparing dashboards and reports, and interpreting trends to inform content and visibility strategies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to present findings, recommend optimizations, and support client-facing performance reviews. The analyst is expected to maintain high data accuracy standards and continuously improve measurement frameworks and reporting tools.Qualifications Strong performance analysis capabilities supported by solid analytical skills.Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization and basic statistical methods.Effective communication skills to present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of finance concepts related to campaign ROI, budgeting, and cost analysis.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.Experience working with media, marketing, or digital performance metrics is an advantage.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Kuwait City; proficiency in English required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
