With a distinctive digital-first approach, the company builds global animation franchises across all platforms – from digital to theatrical, gaming to streaming, and consumer products to experiences.About The RoleWe are hiring a Research Analyst & Coordinator to support and help scale our Experimentation function. This is a development-track role: you will start by coordinating and operationalizing our research programs, and grow into co-designing and owning experimentation and research programs focused on creative content on YouTube, social media, and in theatrical releases.ResponsibilitiesHandle ad hoc data analysis requests from creative, franchise, platform strategy, and leadership teams.Coordinate a portfolio of concurrent research projects: track status, flag blockers, and keep projects on schedule.Build and format stakeholder-facing presentations and reports.Maintain project documentation, code repositories, and the team's Experimentation Tracker.Run verification and quality checks on analyses; regenerate outputs and confirm results are reproducible.Gather and manage the external inputs (data access, credentials, vendor deliverables, ratings) that projects depend on.Collaborate with the Experimentation lead on study design and methods.Over time, take ownership of individual experimentation programs.Required QualificationsWorking proficiency in Python and Jupyter notebooks (able to read, run, and modify analysis code).Foundation in statistics and data science through coursework or equivalent work experience.Experience with Git and reproducible workflows.Strong written communication and attention to detail.Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable at following through.Comfortable discussing and developing ideas collaboratively,Interest in and/or experience with YouTube and social media analytics.Comfort with using AI tools.Preferred QualificationsExposure to experimental design, A/B testing, or survey tools.Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and/or Airtable.Strong systems thinking.Interest in children’s/family content.Growth PathThis role is built to develop. The first six months focus on coordination and analytical operations. From there, you will progressively take on study design and eventually own experimentation programs, with mentorship from the Experimentation lead.
