The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and industry research on real estate trends, competitors, and investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role includes collecting, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing statistical and financial reports, and developing insights that support project feasibility studies, pricing strategies, and investor presentations. The Research Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and development, to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day activities also involve monitoring regulatory changes, preparing concise dashboards and summaries for leadership, and contributing to internal knowledge repositories and forecasting models.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data, build models, and derive evidence-based insights.Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to design studies, gather relevant information, and evaluate real estate trends and opportunities.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly, create structured reports, and collaborate with stakeholders.Experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis within the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Proficiency with data and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and familiarity with statistical or analytical software is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and a structured approach to problem-solving and documentation.Comfort working on-site in a fast
