We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.What you will be doing at EvalueserveTake ownership of all the process automation/new project requirements in FP&A/Finance team.Define problem statement and initial hypothesis, designing an optimal research approach with a mix of research techniques (e.g., primary/secondary/basic modeling)Should be able to structure and present data and results using relevant frameworkAbility to arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summary of resultsPresenting results of the research to the client and handling client queriesActive participation & contribution in team discussions on project specific areasWhat are we looking forB. Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/ MBA1-3 years of relevant experienceHands-on experience in MedTech related market research projectsShould have worked on consulting and strategy-oriented projects.Experience in working across MedTech value chain projects specifically market assessment projects through secondary/primary research, analysis and reportingMindset to identify and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to practice attentive and active listeningRespect for time and ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely mannerAbility to identify pro-active ways to contribute to the firm’s goals & missionCommand over MS Office and basic MS ExcelDisclaimer: The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
