Research Analyst (Soho, London)

Beaton Associates is a real estate brokerage firm involved in the disposal and acquisition of commercial properties, this includes a variety of building types for example industrial, office, retail, student and hotels etc. We are currently looking to recruit two people to work with the existing team.We are seeking a research assistant to collate information on various commercial properties into a concise presentation document for weekly presentation meetings. Good attention to detail, experience in windows and Microsoft applications essentialSalary £29,000 + regular performance bonuses, 8% pension, including free gym access and monthly educational / entertainment and sporting eventsOffice based 8-5pm, all equipment will be provided.
