Competitive Intelligence & BenchmarkingMap competitors including job portals, staffing firms, RPOs, and HR tech platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirect, Apna, etc.).Benchmark pricing models, product features, user experience, and GTM strategies of leading platforms.Maintain structured competitive intelligence dashboards for leadership and product teams.3. Data Analysis & Insights GenerationCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal sources and external APIs (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, government labor data).betterteam+1Identify market gaps, growth opportunities, and high-potential talent clusters by industry and location.Convert complex data into actionable insights for product roadmap, sales strategy, and marketing campaigns.shine+14.
