We deliver Global learning programs for large and mid-size corporations across all sectors.We are looking for a Research & Content Developer with a Banking & Finance Background.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Job DescriptionResearch content for training programs & create customized training outlines that meet clients’ requirement.Design and develop custom content for our tailored training programs to meet specific client needs.Manage relevant aspects of training programs.Be the main contact to address issues that arise during the running of the assigned programs and respond appropriately and swiftly.Maintaining good relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, learning consultants, trainers, planning and other internal teams.Be comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing alternate approaches to deliver the best result.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance.A qualification in Instructional Design is an added advantage, especially for creating effective and engaging training materials.Engaging, innovative and customer service oriented with strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to quickly learn technology and technical concepts.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.Manage projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality.A keen eye for detail - being able dissect problems down into small manageable parts.Capable of working independently to complete tasks to a high standard, but proactive in seeking guidance if/when needed.Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Opportunity to lead and make a difference in a fast-growing company.Exposure to various industries and cultures.Continued learning and professional development opportunities.If you're passionate about shaping the future of training and consultancy services with EMFT, apply now to join our dynamic and innovative team.EMFT is an equal opportunity employer.
