- Conduct raw material testing and in-process quality checks.
- Ensure export product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Support product development and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare laboratory and product samples for R&D and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- 2โ3 years of relevant experience in the paint/chemical manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality requirements.
- Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
