Responsibility:Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new products based on scientific research and market demand, considering factors such as target audiences, desired benefits, and regulatory requirements.Assess the safety, efficacy, and bioavailability of various ingredients to determine their suitability for use in dietary supplements.Ensure that dietary supplements meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and quality control procedures.Plan and collaborate with manufacturing plants and relevant agencies to ensure product delivery within the company's established timeline.Could you provide information to the marketing team for use in marketing communication campaigns.Coordinate, monitor, and resolve product issues with relevant agencies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.3 years or more of experience in product research and development.Proficient in computers and basic programs such as Microsoft.Good communication and negotiation skills.Good presentation skills, planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).Experience in dietary supplements and cosmetics is a plus.
