Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & ReportingManage surveys at a TASC Group level, across businesses and locations.Prior experience launching and executing surveys end-to-end, from design through fielding to analysis.Build reports and executive briefs from survey and research data, written to a standard that can anchor press coverage, bylines and roundtables.Track the competitive and market landscape across GCC staffing to keep TASC's positioning current.PR & MediaBuild and manage relationships with journalists, media outlets and industry publications across the UAE and wider GCC.Pitch research findings and company news for coverage, and coordinate press interviews, bylines and media briefings.Support development of press releases, media kits and executive talking points, working closely with the Head of Communications.Trade Corridor & Partnership ManagementOwn day-to-day relationships with trade corridor bodies and business councils from a marketing and visibility standpoint.Identify and secure speaking slots, sponsorships, roundtables and co-branded content opportunities through these partnerships.Track partnership ROI and maintain a calendar of trade corridor events relevant to TASC's brand and business development goals.Events, Marketing & Automation SupportSupport planning and on-the-ground execution of TASC-hosted and third-party events, from logistics to brand presence.Assist the brand team with campaign support, content input and other marketing tasks as needed.Use automation and AI tools to keep dashboards and trackers updated and to handle repetitive reporting tasks, rather than manual upkeep.What We're Looking ForBeyond qualifications, we are looking for a specific kind of person:3–5 years' experience in a consulting, research analyst, market intelligence or similar analytical role; candidates from consulting backgrounds are preferred over pure PR/communications backgrounds.Strong survey design and data analysis skills (Excel essential; SQL, SPSS or Python a plus), with the ability to turn data into a narrative a journalist or executive can use immediately.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to build and manage relationships with media contacts, trade bodies and senior partners.Comfortable working directly with leadership and representing TASC externally at events and partner meetings.Organized and able to manage research, media and partnership workstreams concurrently without losing quality.Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI and automation tools to streamline dashboards and reporting, rather than relying on manual updates.
