The company focuses on using the latest pharmaceutical production technologies while adhering to international standards.Responsibilities:o  Perform pre-formulation studies including physicochemical characterization, solubility, stability screening, and compatibility assessment of APIs and excipients. o  Perform formulation development studies for oral solid, semisolid, and liquid dosage forms, including trial batches and optimization runs. o  Perform analytical method validation studies, protocols, and final reports. o  Perform recovery studies and execute cleaning validation and verification runs. o  Analyse raw materials as required. o  Perform physicochemical testing of samples during product development per approved SOPs. o  Perform analytical transfer analysis per respective protocols. o  Prepare and execute development stability protocols and final reports. o  Perform chemical and physical testing at development stability time points. o  Calibrate instruments per work instructions to ensure compliance with standards. o  Issue and sign specifications and test certificates. o  Prepare and document pre-formulation, formulation, and analytical characterization in the respective product development report.o  Report and participate in OOS and NCR investigations via AmpleLogic eQMS. o  Handle deviations, lab incident reports, and CAPAs via AmpleLogic eQMS. o  Prepare SOPs on AmpleLogic eDMS. o Perform any other tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelor of Pharmacy / Master of PharmacyMore than 5 years of experience in the pharma fieldRelevant Experience in R & D
