Research and Development Specialist (Coffee)

Join us as our next Coffee Research and Development Specialist and turn ideas into exceptional productsWhat you will do :Develop and formulate coffee products from concept and recipe creation through laboratory and production trials.Improve existing coffee products through reformulation, raw material substitution, and process optimization.Conduct product testing and sensory evaluation to ensure quality, consistency, and desired coffee profile.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product trials, scale-up, and commercialization.We are looking for you who :Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Research and Development preferably in coffee product development.Knowledge and hands-on experience in coffee evaluation, including blending, cupping, sensory assessment, and raw material evaluation.Knowledge of food regulations, BPOM registration, packaging compliance, and export requirements.Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
