QualificationsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.Solid foundation in Research and Development (R&D) concepts and practices.Experience or coursework in research methods, including literature review and data collection.Basic laboratory skills or familiarity with technical testing procedures, where applicable.Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline).Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with basic statistical or research tools is an advantage.Graduate of Bachelor's in Chemistry and Pharmacy.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow guidelines and documentation standards.Interest in outsourcing, operations, and process improvement within a business context.
