The team focuses on building technology that empowers researchers, analysts, and decision-makers to derive meaningful insights from large bodies of evidence.Role Description The Research and Policy Analyst will work on-site in Singapore in a full-time capacity, supporting the development of evidence-based policies and strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting rigorous policy and literature research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations. The role involves drafting policy briefs, reports, and presentations, as well as collaborating with product and research teams to ensure that insights are reflected in Atlas Workspace’s tools and features. The Analyst will also monitor emerging trends in relevant domains, engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, and contribute to internal knowledge-building and decision-making processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Policy Research skills, with experience gathering, reviewing, and synthesizing complex information.Candidates should possess Policy Development capabilities, including drafting, evaluating, and refining policy proposals and frameworks.Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating evidence-based insights.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.Relevant educational background in public policy, political science, economics, social sciences, data science, or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Experience with research tools, data analysis software, or policy evaluation frameworks is highly beneficial.Familiarity with regional and international policy landscapes, especially in technology or research sectors, is an advantage.
