Role DescriptionWe are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support research activities across data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting. The role involves assisting with research projects, gathering and organizing relevant information, reviewing literature and sources, and ensuring research materials are accurate, structured, and well documented.You will work closely with researchers, analysts, and other stakeholders to support research objectives and project requirements. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, collecting and organizing qualitative or quantitative data, preparing research materials, performing basic data analysis, maintaining research databases and records, and assisting with reports, presentations, and research documentation.The Research Assistant will also help monitor project progress, verify information from multiple sources, identify relevant findings, and support the development of clear and evidence-based conclusions. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, organization, and effective communication are essential for producing reliable and high-quality research outputs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Research, Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, or a related discipline.Good understanding of research methods, data collection, analysis, and documentation.Ability to conduct literature reviews and identify, evaluate, and organize information from reliable sources.Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniques.Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with research or data analysis tools is preferred.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to organize large amounts of information accurately and efficiently.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with researchers and project teams.High level of integrity and commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and research quality.Curious, proactive, organized, and willing to learn new research methods, tools, and subject areas.
