Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to support research projects through information gathering, data analysis, documentation, and research coordination. The role involves conducting literature and market research, collecting and organizing qualitative and quantitative data, reviewing relevant sources, and supporting the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other materials. You will assist with data validation, identify relevant trends and insights, maintain accurate research records, and help ensure that project activities are completed systematically and efficiently. The role may also involve supporting surveys, interviews, experiments, data visualization, and research-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, organized, and able to work carefully with complex information while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and interpret information from reliable sources.Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods and basic data analysis concepts.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable productivity tools.Familiarity with Excel, statistical software, databases, or data visualization tools is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and well-organized research records.Ability to conduct literature reviews, summarize findings, and prepare clear research materials.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and meaningful insights from research data.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple research tasks.High level of intellectual curiosity, objectivity, integrity, and willingness to learn new research methods and tools.
