Research Assistant

Role : Research Associate Educational background: MBA / Graduate or post-graduate in PsychologyLinguistic capabilities: Good written & spoken English & Arabic is mandatoryThis role is all about conducting market research to understand consumer behavior and brand insights. The person will run focus groups, analyze the findings, prepare reports/presentations, and share recommendations with clients.Key Things They'll Do:Work with clients to understand their business objectives.Help design research questionnaires & moderator guides.Moderate focus groups (in English & Arabic).Translate, transcribe, and analyze the information gathered.Write reports and present findings to clients.Ensure fieldwork is running smoothly and of high quality.Requirements:Graduate/MBA (Psychology).Strong English & Arabic (written + spoken).Passion for research, consumer insights, and brands.Self-starter, detail-oriented, and proactive.Tech-savvy, organized, and good at meeting deadlines
