Within a short period, it has established itself as a rising management school with a strong focus on developing top-tier management professionals.Role Description This is a full-time on-site Research Assistant role based in Amritsar. The Research Assistant will support faculty in designing and executing research projects, including literature reviews, data collection, and data analysis. Daily tasks include preparing research materials, organizing and maintaining datasets, assisting with laboratory or field-based activities as needed, and documenting procedures and findings. The role also involves drafting research reports, presentations, and manuscripts, maintaining clear communication with faculty and collaborators, and ensuring adherence to ethical and institutional guidelines. The Research Assistant may help coordinate project timelines and contribute to seminars, workshops, and academic events related to ongoing research.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills for designing studies, reviewing literature, and interpreting results.Candidates should possess Data Analysis and Laboratory Skills for handling datasets, using relevant tools or software, and conducting experiments or fieldwork where required.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, manuscripts, and collaborating with faculty and project stakeholders.Candidates should ideally have proficiency with statistical or data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata, Python) and good documentation practices.A postgraduate degree or equivalent in management, economics, social sciences, engineering, or a related discipline, with prior research experience, is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and in teams, strong organizational skills, and a demonstrated interest in academic research will be beneficial.
