Team members collaborate across disciplines to deliver consistent, evidence-informed care and ongoing support.Role Description The Research Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam, supporting clinical and behavioral health research activities within the practice. Responsibilities include assisting with study design and implementation, collecting and organizing data from clinical records and assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines. The role involves preparing study materials, coordinating with clinical staff and participants, and supporting data entry and basic statistical analysis. The Research Assistant may also help draft summaries, reports, and presentations that inform clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and future research projects.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret research findings and contribute to evidence-based insights.Ideal Candidates would possess solid Research experience, including study support, data collection, and familiarity with research ethics in a healthcare or behavioral science settings.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with clinicians, participants, and administrative staff, and for preparing written materials.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, public health, or a related field; proficiency with spreadsheets and statistical tools; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; and the ability to work respectfully with diverse populations.
