Atlas Workspace offers an environment where technology and research intersect to improve how knowledge is created and shared.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Singapore. The Research Assistant will help design, conduct, and document research activities that inform product features and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and organizing data from multiple sources, maintaining accurate research records, and supporting the creation of knowledge maps and citation workflows. The role involves collaborating with researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable insights. The Research Assistant will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation that clearly communicate methods, results, and recommendations.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and formulate clear conclusions.Solid Research capabilities, including literature review, study design support, and information sourcing.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.Laboratory Skills or equivalent practical research experience, such as method execution and accurate record-keeping.Proficiency in Data Analysis tools or software to process, visualize, and validate research data.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, Information Science) or equivalent experience.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with research ethics, documentation standards, and basic statistical concepts is an advantage.
