The Research Assistant will support clinical and health-related research projects by conducting literature reviews, assisting in study design, and helping prepare research protocols and documentation. Daily tasks include data collection, data entry, and basic data analysis, as well as maintaining accurate records and organizing research files. The role involves coordinating with investigators and clinical teams, assisting with laboratory procedures where applicable, and ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements. The Research Assistant may also help prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts for internal review and external publication.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret research findings and manage datasets.Proficiency in Research methods, including literature review, study design support, and documentation of protocols.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with research teams and preparing reports.Foundational Laboratory Skills relevant to clinical or biomedical research, including safe handling of samples and equipment.Bachelor’s degree in a health science, life science, statistics, psychology, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).Familiarity with basic statistical software or spreadsheet tools is an advantage.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to follow established protocols and timelines.Commitment to ethical research practices and compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
