We develop clinically validated digital tools for cognitive assessment and brain health, working with healthcare institutions, clinicians, researchers and industry partners across Singapore and internationally.We are looking for a Research Assistant / Clinical Research Associate to support the execution of our clinical studies.What You’ll Work OnClinical Study ExecutionCoordinate and execute clinical research studies, including our ongoing industry-sponsored studiesSupport participant recruitment, screening, consenting, scheduling and follow-upAdminister digital cognitive assessments and study proceduresCoordinate with investigators, clinicians, research sites and external partnersMaintain study documentation, participant logs and essential research recordsSupport ethics submissions, amendments and regulatory/study documentationEnsure studies are conducted according to approved protocols and timelinesData & ResearchManage, clean and quality-check clinical research datasetsConduct basic statistical analyses and prepare study summariesSupport interpretation of cognitive, clinical and biomarker dataAssist with literature reviews and research synthesisContribute to abstracts, posters, presentations and scientific manuscriptsResearch Operations & New StudiesHelp design and operationalise new clinical and real-world studiesSupport deployments with hospitals, clinics and community partnersDevelop research workflows, SOPs and data collection processesIdentify operational bottlenecks and improve how studies are runWork across multiple projects as GMS expands its clinical evidence baseWho We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Public Health or a related fieldStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable interacting with patients, research participants and cliniciansAble to independently coordinate multiple moving parts and follow through reliablyComfortable working with clinical/research dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsCurious, resourceful and willing to learn quicklyExperience with any of the following would be advantageous:Clinical research or clinical trial coordinationCognitive or neuropsychological assessmentsREDCap or clinical research databasesStatistical analysis using R, Python, SPSS or similarEthics/IRB submissionsScientific writing or publications
